+ Learn to hydrate aka drink 64oz+ of water pd. + Eat better all around. 86 the "bad but reeeeeally small amts" notion I have. I mean DAMN - how much GOOD food could I have for those 5 Hershey's Kisses??? + Regularly exercise - everyday/every other day/whatever just not when the mood strikes and I burn 1300c one day and nothing for 3 days. + CALISTHENICS, MOFO! Damn... gotta love a burn and all. + NO WEED. + NO. ALCOHOL. EVER. + Limit my DXM consumption to (2) 1500mg trips per month; only gel caps. + Start taking more pride in how I'm looking on a daily basis. Look cute for no damn reason. + Regular fasting of at least 24 hrs a week.
I'll add shit to this when I think of it but for right now... yeah. My bro got out of jail yesterday so I now have my phone. (w00t) But what did we do last night? Trip balls. Blah. I haven't slept and I'm bloated and smell funny (mucinex pills make you smell like guafenisen). So I've decided that I won't be doing that to myself for a while yet. BLAH.
